US President Donald Trump is the first foreigner to criticized communist leader Jose Maria “Joma” Sison after Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte suspended the peace talks between the government and the New People’s Army.

During an invitation only press conference at oval office on Friday, Trump delivered a short but concise message to the founder of the National Democratic Front (NDF), who was recently declared by Duterte as terrorist.

“China turned its back from communism and socialism and became a capitalist. China is rich now while you, Mr. Sison, is still fighting for nothing. You should go home to the Philippines and face your crimes before you die”, Trump said.

The POTUS also hit The Netherlands for providing Sison a safe haven.

“Tell me if I am wrong. How can you host an International Criminal Court when you harbor a criminal and terrorist? I can’t stand on this arrogance. How about transferring the ICC headquarters to the UN headquarters in New York City. Am I making any sense?” Trump said that met with applause from journalists.

Trump said that President Duterte did a good work in destroying the Maute-Isis group, but if The Netherlands continue to host terrorists like Sison, he will ban himself from visiting the European country.

“I’m sorry but until the ICC is transferred to New York City, or to any other beautiful places not names The Hague, they won’t get my respect”, he added.

The International Criminal Court (ICC or ICCt) is an intergovernmental organization and international tribunal that sits in The Hague in the Netherlands.

The ICC has the jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
