Trillanes Expecting Magdalo Fraternity Gary Alejano To Win Senatorial Race In 2019

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV is pushing for Congressman Gary Alejano’s senatorial run in 2019, and the senator admitted that Alejano would be a perfect guy in the senate and would continue what he started for, criticizing President Duterte.

It seems Trillanes believes that his Magdalo partner has a chance to win in the upcoming elections as the Magdalo group agreed to give their full support for Alejano’s senatorial race.

“Syempre naniniwala kami that he (Alejano) is very much qualified to do so, may panindigan at war hero ‘yan si Congressman Alejano and his heart is in the right place, most importantly,” the senator said during the regular “Kapihan sa Senado.”

(Of course we believe Alejano is very much qualified to do so, he is very resolute and is also a war hero; most importantly, his heart is in the right place.)

“Kaya natin tinutulak si Congressman Alejano sa pagtakbo sa senador itong 2019 ay para may titindig pa rin laban sa mga pang-aabuso nito Duterte,” said Trillanes, a staunch critic of President Rodrigo Duterte.

(The reason why we are pushing Alejano to run for Senate this 2019 is so that there will be someone to stand against the abuses of Duterte.)

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, “if Senator Antonio Trillanes IV thinks that congressman Gary Alejano has a chance to win senatorial race in 2019, I think he is dreaming. The truth is, Trillanes won’t run for the same position because he already knew he is going to lose.”

Alejano’s name is not popular for Filipino people. Perhaps, some people have talked about him because he is a certified yellow minion and constant critic of the president. But other than that, who is really Gary Alejano? It’s up for you to answer this question.

Meanwhile, Trillanes promised that he’s going to continue criticizing the alleged abuses of the Duterte administration even as a private citizen as his second term in the Senate is set to expire in 2019.

“Ipapakita natin na hindi ko kailangang maging senador para tumindig sa’yo (We will show them that I don’t need to be a senator to stand up to you,) Mr. Duterte. I don’t need that power to stand up,” Trillanes added.

I think almost everyone already knew the characters of Mr. Trillanes that he’s “a good accuser,” but other than that nobody believes in him anymore.
